Dive into our colorful world of watercolors
Our sustainable watercolors are handcrafted in small batches in Munich, with a strong focus on sustainability and eco-friendliness.
To reduce waste in sawmills and woodworking shops, our colors are embedded in reclaimed wooden discs.
Our palette offers a wide range of vibrant and rich colors that can be mixed together to create a unique spectrum of shades. This allows you to create your artwork with a distinctive intensity and depth of color.

As an art teacher, sustainability is very important to me. The tree discs in which the Ocean Fighter colors are embedded immediately won me over. My students love the vibrant colors. Refilling them is also very easy and saves us money. I can recommend these paints to anyone who wants to be creative while valuing sustainability.

As a proud father of a passionate young artist, I can say that my daughter is thrilled with the sustainable watercolors from Ocean Fighter. She is always full of creativity and inspiration when working with these paints and loves mixing the different shades to create new textures. As a father, I’m reassured knowing that the paints are non-toxic and environmentally friendly.

As an environmentally conscious mother, I wanted to give my son a way to be creative while also protecting our planet. The tree discs are beautiful, and the colors are so vibrant on paper. We can refill the paints at any time, which saves us time and money. I recommend these paints to all parents who want to teach their children environmentally conscious thinking.
Sustainable and Vegan Watercolors – Handcrafted in Germany
Our sustainable and vegan watercolors are handcrafted locally in Bavaria in small batches using the finest lightfast pigments. To reduce waste in sawmills and woodworking shops, our watercolors are embedded in a reclaimed wooden block.
The right techniques for painting with watercolors:
One of the most popular techniques is glazing. This involves applying diluted layers of color on top of each other over a large area. Due to the thin application, the watercolor dries very quickly. Wet-on-wet, known as "lavieren," is another technique that provides a great way to create smooth color transitions. For this, different shades are blended while the paint is still wet, creating beautiful gradients.
